> Restaurant Franchising Company
Designed and implemented PeopleSoft Asset Management system. This implementation included a custom accounting entry reclass process within AM to facilitate CAPEX reporting. Also owned design/implementation of all CAPEX reporting. Developed configuration documents, business process designs, and test plans.
> Financial Services Company
Managed user enablement and end-user training development/coordination for Reporting Strategy and Source-to-Settle projects. Developed over 80 user procedures to fully support the implementation for various user groups.
> Healthcare Provider
Responsibilities included co-leading General Ledger module implementation, including legacy system data conversion, nVision layout development, sub-module integration, and user enablement.
> Pharmaceutical Research Firm
Supported training and deployment efforts for an implementation of the following modules: General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Time & Expense, and Inventory. Facilitated end-user training at various client sites in the United Kingdom.
> Transportation Industry
Participated in the PeopleSoft 9.0 Asset Management process redesign and system implementation for a multi-national trucking company. The project included detailed implementation planning, process redesign, process consolidation, and integration with Concur, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and an external maintenance tracking system.
> Publishing Firm
Co-lead end-to-end redesign of custom online publishing web application. Developed high-level technical architecture and development framework to support the redesigned application.
I also co-own a web development and small business consulting company, MemoryWeavers, with my business partner, Matt Wagner. I currently focus on providing online identities for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations, specifically focusing on implementing the Joomla content management system. I’m very well versed in PHP, HTML, and MySQL, among other various web and application programming languages and platforms.
